11:53am - 12:06pm PT - We experienced an intermittent database connection problem. Back end systems had trouble connecting to the database. The issue was resolved and the application then automatically recovered.

11:53am PT - We are currently experiencing a system outage. Our engineers are aware of the situation and are working to resolve it. We will post details once we have determined the root cause.
